Jamie is working on her debut album in Nashville, TN. As a singer-songwriter, she has often used her music in the service of others. She’s a returning performer at Hollywood National Organization of Women's "Love Your Body Day," an annual festival that promotes healthy body image. Jamie co-chaired the Puss-N-Boots Women-N-Music benefit for the Battered Women’s Association. She was part of former plus-size female pop group Plushus and has performed as part of America’s Got Talent plus-size hotties “The Glamazons” at NYC's infamous Box Club in a benefit for the children of South Africa. Jamie got her start in NYC in legendary village clubs like The Bitter End, Backfence, Sidewalk Cafe, and the Player’s Club. Since then, she's played around the country, has been featured on French radio, and was on SUNY's Best of Late Night CD.
Helping women and girls with their body image and self-esteem is a main goal for Jamie. After wrapping a shoot for a series on VH1 where she appeared to show that you can be confident and sexy at any size, Jamie implemented a 2-month body-image and self-esteem program for teenage girls at Camp Shane Weight Loss Camp in Ferndale, NY. The program focuses on transforming yourself from the outside in, and learning to love and embrace your body in the present. It included special events like a Fashion Show and photo shoot makeovers for the girls, to help promote self-confidence. She recently co-wrote a song with Vickie Raye called "Dear Jane" about a woman's journey towards self-love, which will be coming out on her new album.
Owner of LittMedia, Inc., an entertainment/music marketing, graphic design and online media company, Jamie has created promotions for brands including MTV, VH1, FOX, Nike, Sony, Universal Pictures, Monster, Arista, Lifetime, and the highly renowned music marketing agency, In2une music. As Director of Creative Services, Jamie previously helped launch the the award-winning marketing & promotions agency Pop2Life.
Her sisters are her best friends, and thanks to them she is the proud aunt of five adorable nieces. Her mother Toby Litt, inspirational speaker, writer, and entrepreneur, passed away early in life, but continues to be an inspiration for Jamie to live every day to it’s fullest and strive to reach her dreams.
